Key Requirements:
- CeMAP Level 1 qualification (or higher) is mandatory.
- Fluency in English PLUS at least one other European language is required.
- Prior mortgage brokerage experience is a major plus, but NOT required for the right candidate (if you have the drive, we will teach you the rest).
- An ambitious, empathetic, and highly client-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Advisory: Provide professional advice to clients, understanding their financial needs and guiding them through the mortgage process.
- Market Research: Research and source the best mortgage products and financial solutions from our panel of lenders.
- Application Management: Prepare, submit, and manage mortgage applications accurately from inception to completion.
- Relationship Building: Maintain continuous communication with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure a smooth transaction.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company standards.
