About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Graduate Web & Computer Programmer to join our team. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys solving problems independently, learning new technologies, and taking initiative.
You will build, test, and maintain websites, applications, and software solutions across a range of projects. This is a hands-on role where learning will come through practical experience, research, and self-development.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain websites and software applications
· Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
· Debug and troubleshoot technical issues
· Work with designers and developers on projects
· Test applications to ensure functionality and performance
· Research solutions and learn new technologies independently
· Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects
Requirements
· Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or related field
· Basic knowledge of programming languages such as:
· HTML, CSS, JavaScript
· Python, Java, C#, or PHP
· Understanding of databases and web technologies
· Strong problem-solving and communication skills
· Self-motivated with the ability to learn independently
· Positive attitude and willingness to be proactive
Desirable Skills
· Knowledge of frameworks such as React, Node.js, or Laravel
· Familiarity with Git/GitHub
· Understanding of UI/UX principles
· Portfolio or personal coding projects
· Basic knowledge of AI for real-life business use
