Overview
We are seeking a skilled, semi skilled , Panel Beater, fabricator to join our team in the automotive repair and restoration industry. The successful candidate should have a basic understanding of the construction of car bodies , and have had experience with the removal of body panels and be able to mig weld and or tig weld though this is not essential , experience working on jigs would be helpful ,I'm looking for someone of whom is keen to learn and has the practical skills that hold them in good stead to advance in this very niche trade .
Duties
- Use hand tools and power tools to repair and replace damaged vehicle body panels
- Interpret and follow schematics and repair manuals
- Assemble and weld new panels onto vehicles
- Conduct equipment repairs as needed
- Perform heavy lifting when required
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge for vehicle repairs
- Customer service skills when interacting with clients
- Ability to work with precision and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for repairs
- Experience with welding techniques for panel replacement

Pay: £150.00-£200.00 per day
