F&B Team Member – Brownsover Hall Hotel, Rugby

Job Summary
Opened in December 2025, Brownsover Hall Hotel is a beautiful Grade II listed Victorian manor house set within eleven acres of landscaped gardens in Rugby. With 48 bedrooms, a popular brasserie, weddings, events, and exciting expansion plans underway, this is a fantastic time to join a growing hotel with real ambition.

We are looking for an enthusiastic F&B Team Member who enjoys delivering excellent hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Someone who is passionate about service, works well as part of a team, and takes pride in maintaining high standards.
What you will be doing:
You will support the day-to-day operation of our food and beverage outlets, including our restaurant, bar, weddings, conferences, and events spaces. You will deliver friendly and professional service to guests, from hosting, taking food and drink orders, serving meals and beverages, preparing tables, and maintaining cleanliness throughout service.
You will help create a welcoming atmosphere for breakfast, lunch, dinner, weddings, private events, and bar service while ensuring our high standards are consistently met.
What you will bring to the team:
You will ideally have previous experience working within a restaurant, bar, café, hotel, or hospitality environment, although full training can be provided for the right candidate. You will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
Most importantly, you will have a genuine passion for delivering excellent hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
