Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate and program Fanuc control Doosan machines to manufacture precision components according to engineering specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate machining processes.
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor machining operations to maintain quality standards and meet production targets.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- Well developed experience as a CNC Turner, demonstrating proficiency in machine setup, operation, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of machining techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Team player with effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Prior experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment is required.
- Proficient in Fanuc programming with experience with Y and C-Axis prefered. Training on this can be offered for the right applicant.
- Experience with Gibbscam or Featurecam would be an advantage.
