Role Overview
Support the delivery of high-quality diagnostic imaging services by coordinating operational activities, improving patient experiences, and working closely with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate diagnostic imaging operations.
- Support patient scheduling and service delivery.
- Collaborate with radiology and clinical teams.
- Monitor service quality and operational performance.
- Maintain regulatory and clinical documentation.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Radiography, Medical Imaging, or related discipline.
- Experience within diagnostic imaging or healthcare operations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare quality standards and patient confidentiality requirements.
- Commitment to delivering excellent patient care.
Pay: £65,000.00 per year
