We are seeking a skilled and passionate Hair Stylist/Hairdresser to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of hair services, including cutting, colouring, styling, and hair treatments with precision and attention to detail.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable hair care products and services.
- Stay up to date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by building lasting relationships with clients.
- Work collaboratively with the wider salon team to create a welcoming and professional environment.
- Promote salon services and retail products to help drive business growth.
- Attend regular training sessions to continuously develop your skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist/Hairdresser with a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy salon environment.
- Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to delivering outstanding results.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
Advantageous Skills (Not Essential):
We would particularly love to hear from candidates who also have experience or qualifications in one or more of the following:
- Laser Hair Removal
- Advanced Facials / Skin Treatments
- Beauty Therapy (Brows, Lashes, Waxing, etc.)
- Nail Services (BIAB, Gel, Acrylics, Nail Art)
- Reception, client bookings, or salon management systems
- Social media content creation (Instagram/TikTok)
