We are expanding! We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and efficient individual to join our highly successful, long established busy centralised Service Call Centre and Customer Services Team at the above location.

- Duties include answering and making all inbound and outbound service calls for all of our eight service departments, controlling and maximising the service bookings, be able to influence and advise whilst offering first-class service
- The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, have great organisation skills, excellent attention to detail and be able to work as part of a team
- No experience is necessary as full training will be given. However, a background within the Service department of a Franchised dealer or Call Centre would be advantageous
- Continuous training will be provided to further knowledge & skill set for career progression
