Inspire Home Automation is a UK based Smart Thermostat manufacturer, specialising in solutions for the bills-all-inclusive accommodation sector. Our innovative products help landlords, property managers, holiday parks, social housing providers and businesses reduce energy consumption while maintaining occupant comfort.
As our business continues to grow into new markets, we are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive Advisor to join our friendly and supportive team.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Directors, you will play a key role in supporting the sales process by generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships and helping to increase sales revenue. You will be responsible for guiding customers through their purchasing journey, providing expert product advice and delivering exceptional customer service from initial enquiry through to after-sales support.

Working within a dynamic team, your responsibilities will include:
- Inbound sales, including some outbound warm leads
- Responding to customer enquiries and consulting with them on the most appropriate products for their properties.
- Maintaining a specialist approach - we sell a niche product and customers will value your product knowledge and guidance.
- Communication with customers through telephone and online contact.
- Client relationship management.
- Raising quotes based on customer needs.
- Chasing Customer quotes and staying in touch.
- Client relationship management.
- Customer Service.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Has a positive attitude and a genuine passion for sales and customer service.
- Is motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
- Has an excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
- Is confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Can work accurately under pressure while remaining calm, professional, and courteous.
- Has excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Enjoys working as part of a small, supportive team.
- Is proactive and able to identify opportunities to increase sales and improve the customer experience.
- An understanding of domestic/commercial heating systems would be advantageous, but not essential as full product training will be provided.
Minimum qualifications of GCSE English and Maths at grade C and above are expected, ideally with additional further education qualifications (A-Levels). Applicants should have a background and experience in sales and customer service, working in an office environment. Full IT literacy and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel, are essential.
What we offer
- Salary from £30,000 to £38,000 pa, dependent on experience.
- Working Hours – Monday to Friday – 37.5 Hours a week
