We are seeking a dedicated Night Porter and Receptionist to join our team at Warren Lodge Hotel in Shepperton. Based in the historic Church Square this role is vital in ensuring our guests enjoy a safe, welcoming, and seamless stay during the night hours.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests during night shifts with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of public areas during your shift.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain security protocols throughout the night.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed.
- Keep accurate records of guest stays and activities.
- Support the hotel’s commitment to sustainability by following eco-friendly practices.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel reception or hospitality roles.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is preferred.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
