Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time / Ad-Hoc PCV Minibus or Coach Driver to operate passenger vehicles on a flexible basis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills and strong communication abilities. Duties
- Safely operate minibus or coach vehicles in accordance with road safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct pre-journey checks to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness
- Transport passengers to designated destinations efficiently and courteously
- Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, ensuring comfort and safety at all times
- Maintain accurate records of journeys, mileage, and vehicle condition
- Report issues promptly to the relevant department
- Communicate effectively with passengers, colleagues, and management to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to schedules and routes, making adjustments as necessary due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances
Skills
- Proven experience as a driver, preferably with passenger transport background
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record (maximum 3 points are acceptable)
- Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Good communication skills in English, able to interact professionally with passengers and team members
- Ability to handle routine vehicle maintenance tasks or recognise when professional servicing is required
- Experience in commercial driving environments is highly desirable
- Organised, punctual, and able to adapt to flexible working hours for ad-hoc assignments
