Green Grocer (Full-Time & Part-Time)
Strawberry Fields Farm Shop
We’re looking for enthusiastic Green Grocers to join our fast-paced, award-winning farm shop team, Reporting to the Head of Retail.
If you enjoy working with fresh produce, being hands-on, and delivering great customer service, this could be the perfect role for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Restocking and rotating fresh produce (FIFO)
- Ordering stock and working with local suppliers
- Liaising with our farm team on daily produce
- Preparing orders for our other shop locations
- Maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Keeping the department clean, organised, and well-stocked
- Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service
What we’re looking for:
- Positive, hard-working attitude
- Passion for fresh food and produce
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Confidence speaking with customers
- Reliable and flexible
- Happy to support other areas when needed
- Experience preferred, but not essential – full training will be provided
