About Us
Professional Dosing Solutions (PDS) is one of the UK's leading commercial laundry service providers, specialising in the supply, installation and maintenance of commercial laundry equipment, chemical dosing systems and aftersales support.
We are looking for a motivated and customer focused Internal Account Manager to join our growing team. This is an office-based role responsible for developing relationships with our existing customer base and ensuring customers continue to receive outstanding service.
Working closely with our Service Manager, engineers and Business Development team, you will play a key role in retaining customers and growing existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts
· Build strong, long-term relationships with customers through regular telephone and email contact
· Conduct proactive account reviews to identify opportunities for equipment replacement, service contract renewals and additional products
· Complete and manage customer reporting
· Prepare and follow up quotations for equipment, service contracts and rentals
· Coordinate with the Service Manager where site meetings or technical support are required
· Ensure service contract renewals are completed before expiry
· Maintain accurate customer records and sales opportunities within the CRM system
· Liaise with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service throughout the customer journey
· Resolve customer queries quickly and professionally
· Support marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives where required.
Skills & Experience
· Previous experience in account management, internal sales or customer relationship management
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously
· Commercially aware with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
· Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
· Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
