<p>We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Supervisor Cleaner to join our team in Downend, Bristol, BS16.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards. This role requires effective communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service, as you will interact with clients and colleagues regularly.</p>
<p><b>Responsibilities</b></p>
<div><ul><li><p>Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.</p>
</li></ul><ul><li><p>Ensure all surfaces are dusted, mopped, vacuumed, and sanitised as required.</p>
</li></ul><ul><li><p>Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies.</p>
</li></ul><ul><li><p>Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.</p>
</li></ul><ul><li><p>Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used safely and effectively.</p>
</li></ul><ul><li><p>Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.</p>
</li></ul><ul><li><p>Adhere to health and safety regulations while carrying out cleaning tasks.</p><br>

<b>Qualifications</b>
</p><div><ul><li><p>Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.</p>
</li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.</p>
</li></ul><ul><li><p>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.</p>
</li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</p>
</li></ul><ul><li><p>A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles that require travel between locations.</p>
</li></ul><ul><li><p>Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.</p><br>
