GBNFC Group is made up of three Early Years Provision across the Billesley and Highters Heath Wards of Birmingham and a Children’s Centre that provides services relating to Family Support, Parent and Children Groups that support the development of children, across the Selly Oak District.
The GBNFC Group is looking for a dynamic, passionate, and motivated Early Years Practitioner to join our experienced and talented team based at Chinnbrook Nursery.
Your role will be to ensure our children are kept safe in a stimulating, fun, natural learning environment. You will provide high-quality, stimulating learning experiences to support the children’s growth and development. You must be creative and reflective as a practitioner implementing and working alongside the team with new ideas, using a range of strategies to continually improve practice and support the management team.
The Chinnbrook Centre staff have set annual holidays as we close the provision for; 1 week at Easter, 2 weeks in August and 1 week at Christmas. Your holiday entitlement will be used for the above holidays. You do however, have two floating days which you can choose to have off at a day to suit you. As well as paid bank holidays.
Hours: 38 hours over 4-5 days. Part time- minimum of 3 full days.
