Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Food and Beverage Assistant Manager to assist the Food and Beverage Manager lead our dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food and beverage service operations, ensuring smooth workflow and guest satisfaction
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of servers, bartenders, and support personnel to deliver outstanding service
- Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production, presentation, and timing to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene practices, and adherence to health regulations across all outlets
- Assist in training staff on service techniques, safety procedures, and culinary standards
- Manage inventory levels for beverages, and supplies; place orders as needed to prevent shortages
- Handle guest inquiries or complaints promptly with professionalism and positive attitude
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and hotel policies at all times
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting with team management responsibilities
- Extensive restaurant experience with serving, bar work and barista skills
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations applicable in hospitality environments
- Experience in hotel or large-scale hospitality operations is advantageous
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in hospitality roles such as server, bartender, or kitchen staff is required
