Step Into Teaching are working with a wonderful primary school in Willenhall who are looking for a graduate with a passion to inspire children and help them by supporting across KS1 & KS2 with children of all abilities and join their team in September for the 26/27 academic year.

The Primary Teaching Assistant opportunity:
- Primary school in Willenhall (WV12)
- Full time – Monday – Friday
- September start for the 26/27 academic year
- £500 - £530 per week - term time only
- Your chance to gain real classroom experience
The Primary Teaching Assistant must:
- Hold a degree (2:2 or above)
- Experience working with children or young adults (desired)
- Be able to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential
- The ability to assist in evaluating individual pupils needs and progress
- Excellent communication skills
- Have the ability to build strong working relationships with a wide range of individual students
The ideal candidate may have some experience working across different age groups whether it be in an educational setting or otherwise.
