Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily painting activities, ensuring work is completed on schedule and to the highest standards of quality.
- Lead, motivate, and manage painting crews, providing clear instructions and support to optimize productivity.
- Plan and organize work schedules using Primavera P6 project management software to align with project timelines and resource availability.
- Monitor safety compliance, enforce safety protocols, and conduct regular site inspections to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance, addressing any deficiencies promptly to meet client expectations.
- Maintain detailed records of work progress, safety incidents, and material usage for reporting purposes.
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience in commercial or industrial painting projects.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with Primavera P6 or similar project management tools is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
