We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Senior Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional hair styling services while fostering a welcoming and inspiring environment for clients. As a senior team member, you will also play a key role in mentoring junior stylists, managing store operations, and promoting our full range of hair services. Duties
- Provide expert hair styling, cutting, coloring, and finishing services tailored to each client’s unique preferences and features
- Mentor and support junior stylists by sharing techniques, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative team environment
- Engage in upselling of retail products and service packages to maximize client value and salon revenue
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, active communication, and personalized consultations
- Stay current with industry trends and continuously develop your skills through ongoing education and training opportunities
- Hair extension trained will be good but not a must have
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a professional hair stylist with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility and technical skill
- Expertise in barbering techniques is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with clients and team members
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to upsell products and services confidently
- Ability to mentor junior staff while maintaining high standards of professionalism and quality

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
