We are currently seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Full-Time Receptionist to join our team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, delivering great customer service, and creating a warm, welcoming environment.
This is a flexible role supporting both our Hotel and Spa Reception teams, working across both areas as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests and managing check-in and check-out procedures
- Handling both day guests and overnight stays
- Completing all company processes for guest arrivals and departures
- Responding to guest queries via telephone, email, and face-to-face
- Managing hotel and spa reservations
- Overseeing and supporting the Thermal Spa area
- Ensuring reception, spa areas, and guest spaces are clean, tidy, and presentable
- Preparing guest invoices and processing payments
- Carrying out daily cash-up and banking procedures
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
About You:
We’re looking for someone with a warm, approachable manner who genuinely enjoys helping others. Ideally, you will have experience in a receptionist or customer service role, feel confident using computers and office equipment, and have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Most importantly, you will be reliable, professional, and take pride in creating an excellent first impression for every guest.
Role Details:
- Full-time position
- Flexible role working between our Hotel and Spa Reception teams
- Shift patterns between 7:30am and 10:00pm
- Flexibility is essential, as shift times may vary
- Availability to work weekends, bank holidays and over the Christmas period as required
