Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding sales performance and superior customer service.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets, improve operational efficiency, and enhance overall performance.
- Manage daily operations including stock control, merchandising, staffing schedules, and administrative tasks with precision.
- Supervise team members’ training, performance evaluations, and professional development to build a high-performing workforce.
- Maintain a clean, organized environment that aligns with company standards and promotes safety.
- Implement promotional campaigns and merchandising strategies to maximize sales opportunities and brand visibility.
