Key Responsibilities
· Perform internal vehicle preparation, routine servicing, and maintenance.
· Conduct accurate fault-finding, diagnostics, and complex problem-solving.
· Complete Electronic Vehicle Health Checks (VHC) efficiently.
· Maintain strict adherence to workshop health and safety regulations.
Skills & Experience Required
· Previous experience within a franchised dealership (preferred but not essential).
· Active MOT Tester accreditation (preferred but not essential).
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
· Up-to-date knowledge of modern vehicle developments, alternative engine types, and automotive electronics.
· Ability to work independently using your own initiative while following specific technical instructions.
