We're Hiring - Bar Staff
We are looking for friendly and reliable bar staff to join our team.
You will be working mainly on weekend events, match days and occasionally during the week.
Job Responsibilities -
- Serve drinks and beverages to customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses and utensils
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age (Challenge 25)
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Assist with setting up and packing away bar equipment before and after shifts
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Supporting the team during high-volume periods, particularly on home match days
Person Specification:
- 18 + Experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Must be able to work in a fast pace environment.
