We're looking for enthusiastic and passionate Waiters / Waitresses and Bartenders to join our front of house team. Whether you're delivering outstanding table service or crafting drinks behind the bar, you'll play an important role in creating an unforgettable experience for every guest.

What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver warm, attentive and professional service to every guest.
- Build genuine rapport with guests and create memorable dining experiences.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standard.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of our food, drinks and wine menus.
- Work closely with both front and back of house teams to deliver seamless service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation throughout every shift.
- Follow all food hygiene, health & safety and licensing procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a busy restaurant, bar or premium casual dining environment.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Wine knowledge and cocktail experience are highly desirable.
- A positive attitude with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to stay calm, organised and professional during busy service periods.
- A strong eye for detail and commitment to high standards.
- Fluent English and the right to work in the UK.
