WANT TO BUILD THE SYSTEMS BEHIND A FAST-GROWING DENTAL GROUP?
Space Dental is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for an IT Systems & Integrations Engineer to take ownership of the technology, systems and integrations that keep our business moving.
This is far more than a standard IT support role. You’ll work across CRM, automation, integrations, networks, hardware, data and business systems, helping us make technology faster, smarter and more reliable.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Manage and administer core business systems, users, permissions and access.
- Own and develop HubSpot CRM, including pipelines, workflows, automation, reporting and dashboards.
- Build and maintain system integrations, APIs and automated data flows.
- Extract, analyse and improve data from HubSpot, Dentally and other platforms.
- Provide day-to-day IT support and technical troubleshooting across the business.
- Configure laptops, desktops, specialist workstations and custom-built PCs.
- Support dental CAD/CAM and high-performance workstations where required.
- Set up and troubleshoot Wi-Fi, LANs, routers, switches and network infrastructure.
- Manage the technical setup of new starters and leavers.
- Identify repetitive processes and create automation and technology solutions to improve efficiency.
- Work with departments, management and external technology suppliers on new projects and improvements.

You’ll need strong technical knowledge, excellent attention to detail and the ability to understand what a business needs — then turn it into a practical technology solution.
You don’t have to know every system on day one, but you must be confident, curious and keen to get stuck in.
