Part-Time Practice Manager
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 1:30pm (20 hours per week)
Location: East London
We are seeking an organised, proactive and experienced Practice Manager to join our busy professional office. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership of office operations and helping a growing business run efficiently.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the practice, supporting compliance, finance, HR, marketing and administration.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day management of the office and business operations
Bookkeeping and liaison with external accountants
Billing, invoicing and credit control
HR administration, including recruitment support, induction, holiday records and sickness management
Staff training coordination and maintaining training records
CRM and client database management
Marketing coordination, including website updates, social media and business development initiatives
Monitoring office systems, policies and procedures
Assisting with compliance and maintaining accurate records
Supporting directors with operational projects and business improvement
General administrative and management duties as required
Essential Skills
Previous experience as a Practice Manager, Office Manager or Operations Manager
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong bookkeeping and financial administration experience
Experience managing HR administration
Confident using Microsoft Office and cloud-based software
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritise competing tasks
A positive, flexible and professional approach
Desirable
Experience within a legal, estate agency or other professional services environment
Experience with legal case management systems or CRM such as Clio software
Marketing or business development experience
