The Job
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join a growing company. We are looking for this individual to focus on building and maintaining relationships with our existing customer base and processing new inbound enquiries.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide exceptional service to our clients; as well as meeting targets set by the Sales Director. You will work closely with our sales team, speaking to our customers on a daily basis to book surveys, provide them quotations/prices, arranging and booking their orders, and liaising with the customers who are moving home once the order has been placed.

Responsibilities:
- Look after our existing customers base, by taking incoming sales enquires.
- Provide quotations
- Negotiate when necessary
- Book Orders
- Upsell to existing customers.
- Answer customer queries and keep customers up to date.
- Update customer information on the in-house CRM System.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal & written.
- Very good Adminsation skills
- Well-organised and great attention to detail.
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
