About the Role
As an Executive Search Consultant, you’ll take ownership of retained and contingent search mandates focused on the global hedge fund and quant technology markets.
This isn’t about starting from zero.
You’ll inherit an established platform built over five years, giving you access to elite clients, live search mandates and a proven track record from day one.
You’ll manage the full search lifecycle: headhunting, candidate assessment and close. As an extension of our elite clients internal teams, you will act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates throughout.
You’ll be supported to:
Build credibility quickly with senior stakeholders in a new market
Run structured, retained search processes for elite funds
Identify and secure world-class quant and technology talent
Operate with rigor, discretion and commercial focus
All within a system designed to accelerate your success, not slow it down.
About You
You are an experienced search professional who has already proven you can deliver and now want to operate at a higher level.
You will likely:
Have executive search or retained search experience
Have managed full search mandates end-to-end, from brief to placement, not just candidate delivery
Have a track record of consistent billings and client retention
Be experienced in headhunting, market mapping and closing senior talent
Have built strong, consultative client relationships
Have successfully entered new markets or built credibility quickly
Be ready to join the highest performing Quant search team
Backgrounds could include: Finance, Medical, Legal / HR / Compliance, Professional services.
US market experience is a plus — but not essential.
