We need a Chefs with great potential to complement our team. If you are new to kitchens and want to be an apprentice, you are stepping up to CdP or are now ready to join us as a Sous Chef - we want to hear from you. Salary range reflects experience and will be competitive.
We would love to find an enthusiastic, passionate foodie to support our Head Chef in creating street food inspired creations at The Yard, by Silver Oak. The Yard is a wonderful destination venue in the centre of Ely. It has great reviews and is very popular.
The Yard has five converted containers - one is a seasonal bar, two are the kitchens, one is for our own roasted speciality coffee and one is a bar.
The ethos is all around eco friendly, casual, outdoor dining, though we also have some indoor space and a kids area. The offer is quality, homemade, artisan foods and drinks and we are after genuine food lovers to join the team.
Our Head Chef has run restaurants, devised menus and his food is just great.
You must be reliable, hardworking and punctual.
