We are looking to appoint a Event Operative with the opportunity to progress as a Sanitation Engineer to bolster our existing time and hit the ground running with training provided, based at our Longfield site as part of our expanding team and rapidly growing brand.
The successful candidate for this role will be required to be versatile and commercially aware due to the varied nature of the job. This role would suit someone who has a trade background or experience in engineering in some capacity, this is beneficial due to the mobile toilets and mechanical elements. The career path in our industry is uncapped with uncapped overtime during peak months, you will learn how our systems work and how to Tow, strap and carry out all of the various aspects of the portable toilet industry. Due to the fast paced nature of the role especially in peak months, the selected candidate will need to be reliable and not afraid of getting their hands dirty as and when required.
The right applicant will be need to be good under pressure and have the ability to be hands on to understand all the various aspects of the business.
Some of the tasks required with the luxury trailers and single units are : carry out daily vehicle checks, equipment maintenance checks , servicing and cleaning, unloading/ loading of units using a forklift or loader where required. The ideal candidate for this position will be hard-working, flexible and willing to perform a variety of tasks including building and derig of our unique portable toilet system (training provided).
We require the candidates to have the following.
- Ability to work to strict timescales and plan ahead for efficiency
- HGV Driving License beneficial/Tanker experience but not essential
- Skill to tow vehicles or ability to learn essential
- Flexible overtime hours with potential to boost earnings in the peak months
- UK driving license
- Ability to tow large trailers
- Not afraid of irregular hours during peak months
- Excellent communication skills
- Driven and looking to be part of an expanding Team
- Trade/Plumbing industry knowledge preferred but not essential
- Forklift driving experience preferred but not essential
VACANT EVENT HIRE
Salary DOE unlimited overtime during the summer months. Training will be provided but experience in managing a team is essential.

Pay: £30,000.00-£60,000.00 per year uncapped overtime
Based in Longfield
Payment earnings begin from yard to yard.
