The role of a Senior Support Worker is first and foremost to be the ultimate role model to the children and other staff within the home. It is to be committed and passionate about ensuring the safety of and the best possible outcomes for the children and young people who live in our home. It is someone who is passionate about embedding a therapeutic parenting model within our home to give every child we support the love, care and nurture they need, every day.
You will need to have experience within children's homes and the relentless drive and positivity to ensure you and your team give outstanding levels of care at all times.
You will need to be organised, a good communicator, be able to lead and motivate a team and have the patience and and understanding of how to look after children with the utmost levels of care and empathy in the most challenging of circumstances.
You will be really well supported and your professional development will be supported and nurtured as you feeling motivated and fulfilled is as important to us as it is to you.

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
