Nexus Recruitment are working with a well renowned managing agent who specialise in the management of prime stock within zones 1-2. They have won numerous awards for their levels of service and pride themselves on their attention to detail, as well as high standards for customer service. Due to reputation, my client does not need to go out to pitch for business as all of their business come to them via word of mouth. They have achieved this by ensuring that the portfolios that all of the teams manage are contained to less than 150 units across no more than 8-10 blocks. Due to growth, they are now looking for a Block Manager to join the business. Given their retention, they rarely go out to hire.
Core duties:
- Management of your portfolio, including regular site inspections
- Set and manage the service charge budgets for your portfolio as well as year-end accounts
- Liaise with key stakeholders, building a valuable rapport
- Oversee contractors, ensuring they have the correct permits to work
- Ensure your portfolio is continuously compliant

Required attributes:
- ATPI/MTPI qualifications
- 3+ years private leasehold experience
- Driven and motivated
- Effective communicator
