Cleaner Required – HMO & Residential Properties
We are currently seeking a reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across our HMO properties, residential homes, and occasional commercial properties.
This is a long-term opportunity offering regular, ongoing work for the right person.
Working Hours
9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, part-time
Role Overview
You will be responsible for ensuring all properties are maintained to a consistently high standard. The role requires someone who is proactive, organised, and takes pride in delivering thorough and professional cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning all communal areas within HMO properties
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, staircases, and shared facilities
- Dusting and wiping all surfaces, including skirting boards, doors, fixtures, and fittings
- Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors
- Cleaning internal windows and glass surfaces where required
- Emptying bins and ensuring areas are kept clean and tidy
- Carrying out deep cleaning tasks when required
- Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns identified during cleaning
- Ensuring all work is completed to a consistently high standard
Requirements
- Previous experience cleaning HMO, residential, or large-scale properties is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Good organisational skills and the ability to complete tasks within agreed timeframes
- Flexible approach and willingness to assist with occasional commercial cleaning requirements
