Working Hours
- Monday: 8:15am – 6:15pm
- Tuesday to Friday: 8:15am – 5:45pm
- No Saturdays or weekend work!
The Role
As our Lead Dental Nurse, you’ll play an important role in keeping the practice running smoothly while helping create a calm, welcoming, and professional environment for both patients and the team.
You’ll be leading by example, supporting colleagues, and working closely with our clinicians to deliver outstanding patient care every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting clinicians during a variety of dental treatments
- Supporting and guiding the nursing team day-to-day
- Ensuring surgeries are fully prepared and organised
- Maintaining high standards of cross infection control and compliance
- Helping create a positive and supportive team environment
- Managing stock and equipment efficiently
- Supporting reception when needed with patient communication and bookings
- Keeping patient care at the heart of everything you do
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified and experienced Dental Nurse
- Previous leadership or senior nurse experience preferred
- Friendly, organised, and reliable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to support others
- Someone who enjoys being part of a close team and contributing to a happy workplace

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
