The Role
As AI Solutions Developer, you'll be the core technical driver behind a new agentic application ecosystem, engineering the shared backbone that powers authentication, secure data transfer and provisioning across a growing suite of micro-applications. You'll design and deploy rapid, AI-driven tools that unlock measurable productivity gains across departments, while partnering with the data science function to turn advanced multi-agent workflows into interfaces business users can adopt with confidence. This is a high-visibility role with real scope to influence how AI is embedded across the organisation.
- Architect and maintain a lightweight backbone for authentication and secure data transfer
- Design and deploy AI-driven micro-applications at pace
- Build complex agentic solutions that unlock operational efficiencies

- Track emerging agentic frameworks and tooling to accelerate delivery
Must-have Requirements
- Strong full-stack experience spanning backend APIs (Python or Node.js) and modern frontend frameworks (React or Angular)
- solid grasp of authentication patterns (OAuth, JWT) and microservices architecture
- Practical experience integrating LLMs and AI APIs into production software
- Comfort working directly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Exposure to agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) or vector database
- Experience building internal tools or platforms in retail or e-commerce
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred) and containerisation
