Job Title: Night Staff
Location: Fit24 West
Shift: 10-hour night shift
Are you a motivated and dependable individual who thrives in an overnight role? Fit24 West is looking for dedicated Night Staff to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining High Standards – Ensure the gym floor is clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout the night.
- Customer Service – Greet members with a friendly attitude, providing excellent service as the first point of contact.
- Membership Assistance – Handle sign-ups and membership queries, directing any issues to the relevant internal team.
- General Maintenance – Keep all areas tidy and in top condition to provide the best experience for our members.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proactive and reliable team player.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated during night shifts.
- Experience in cleaning, maintenance, or customer service is a plus but not essential.
