The Position: PMO Analyst
The PMO Analyst will join a specialised PMO function to assist with the review and coordination of design‑related project documentation. The role centres on applying project management discipline to a wide range of artefacts, including supplier bid packages, project management plans, schedules, risk registers, and cost information.
Some of the main responsibilities of the PMO Analyst will include:
- Review and assess project documentation from a project management standpoint, ensuring consistency, completeness, and alignment with programme expectations.
- Provide structured support to engineers by managing the PM‑related elements of technical documentation
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy and reliability in all deliverables.
- Work effectively within a multi‑system environment, ensuring information is captured, tracked, and communicated clearly.
- Collaborate with PMO colleagues and engineering teams to maintain coherent project controls and documentation processes
