Workforce Optimization Coach - NEW NIKE LONDON FLAGSHIP

In our NIKE Retail Stores we use special job names for our positions: a department manager is called "Coach".
Nike London Flagship is looking for an enthusiastic scheduling systems Coach to join the team on a permanent basis. The Workforce Optimisation team is a function within the store that supports with time & pay, labour planning and schedule creation.
You are a motivated self-starter with a strong interest in labour forecasting, deployment and analytics. This role supports the store teams in ensuring employee schedules are optimized to leverage the best possible return on investment. The candidate needs to have the ability to be technically competent, highly organized with attention to detail, whilst possessing the ability to connect with people in a positive and supportive manner to further enhance end-user capability.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:
As a Workforce Optimization scheduling Coach, you will be working on the following activities:
Schedule creation and maintenance through the WFM auto-scheduling system
Maintenance of the WFM system’s configuration to include employee and volume forecast data, UK compliance, hours of operation, department moves, availability and time off requests
Ensuring adoption of WFM system and Nike Inc’s Scheduling for Service philosophy through regular connects with department schedulers, training sessions, feedback and support
Timely processing of incoming day off and shift swap requests through the UKG KRONOS app
Develop content for ongoing training of time and pay tools and procedures, onboarding, drop-in clinics and business reviews
Supporting with vacation management, timecard maintenance and pay queries
Work closely with stakeholders and partners to gather and share labour-related insight
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH:
You will be part of the London Flagship Workforce Optimisation team, but will also connect regularly with the labour teams based in EHQ as well as working directly with in-store leadership teams
WHAT YOU BRING
Basic understanding of labour forecasting, scheduling systems and time & pay tools
Advanced computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Previous experience with KRONOS, ADP and other time & pay systems is beneficial
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills on cross-functional and different organizational levels
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
Excellent sense of urgency and ability to quickly apply the right priorities
Ability to learn quickly and stay current on industry and marketplace trends
Genuine commitment to connecting with people, coaching performance and making complex processes accessible and engaging
