About the Role

This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will support residents to maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing while providing the highest standard of person-centred care. Main Responsibilities
- Supporting residents with personal care, including washing, dressing and grooming.
- Assisting residents with mobility and helping them remain as independent as possible.
- Supporting residents with eating and drinking where required.
- Building positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
- Providing emotional support, companionship and meaningful interaction.
- Encouraging residents to take part in activities and daily routines.
- Monitoring residents' wellbeing and reporting any concerns to senior staff.
- Maintaining accurate care records and documentation.
- Following care plans and working in line with policies and procedures.
- Helping to create a safe, welcoming and homely environment for residents.

- The ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays where required.
- Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential as full training will be provided.
