Experienced Pharmacy Dispenser / Pharmacy Technician – Care Homes & MDS
£13.50 per hour | Full-time | Part-time available too
Care Pack Pharmacy is a growing independent pharmacy with a strong focus on care-home dispensing, MDS services and safe, organised workflow. We are looking for an Experienced Pharmacy Dispenser or Pharmacy Technician with real care-home and MDS experience who wants to play an important role in a growing business from an early stage.

Key responsibilities
- Accurate dispensing of prescriptions under pharmacist supervision
- Care-home dispensing, including MDS / blister packs
- Managing MAR changes, urgent care-home amendments and GP updates
- Organising workload to meet care-home deadlines and delivery cut-offs
- Using pharmacy PMR systems (ProScript) to maintain accurate records
- Supporting stock control, expiry checks and SOP compliance
- Helping maintain a calm, organised and inspection-ready dispensary
Essential experience
- Previous care-home pharmacy experience
- Hands-on MDS / blister pack experience
- Experience working as a Pharmacy Dispenser or Pharmacy Technician
- Strong organisation, reliability and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a structured, accuracy-focused dispensary environment
You will be comfortable managing MAR changes, urgent care-home amendments and last-minute GP updates without the day falling apart.
