We are currently recruiting for an engaging and driven Waiter/Waitress to join our Truly Talented team.
What we offer

Permanent, full-time contract (40hrs per week)
You will work within the Restaurants Team that are responsible for Fayre – British Cuisine Restaurant with some Mediterranean touches, Lounge and the ‘to go Hatch’.

Responsibilities for Waiter | Waitress will include but are not limited to:
- Providing attentive, authentic and gracious service within The Shepherd Mayfair’s, beautifully designed Fayre and Lounge restaurants.
- Be an expert on all menus including allergens, dietary needs and special requests
- Ensuring that all orders are taken and executed in a timely manner
- Ensuring that all tables are set and ready for the welcoming of guests and diners at all times.
- Play an active role in positioning the Fayre, Lounge and Hatch as leading Mayfair Food and Beverage outlets.
- Engage with guests, have fun and built connections via guests and diners love for all things epicurean
