Halton Haven Hospice is looking for caring, reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our newly established integrated Facilities Team.
This is much more than a traditional housekeeping role. As a Facilities Support Worker, you will help create a safe, clean and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, volunteers and colleagues while supporting a wide range of facilities services across the Hospice.
Every day is different, and your work will directly contribute to the comfort and wellbeing of those receiving specialist palliative care.
About the role:
Has previous supervisory experience within facilities, housekeeping, hospitality or healthcare
· Leads by example and enjoys motivating others
· Has excellent organisational and communication skills
· Is committed to delivering outstanding customer service
· Understands the importance of cleanliness, infection prevention and health & safety
· Can adapt to changing priorities in a busy environment
· Shares our values of compassion, respect and teamwork

Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, cleaning, hotels, care settings or facilities services would be an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
