Head Sports Coach
Location: Crewe
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, between 8:00am – 6:00pm (up to 50 hours per week during school holidays)

The Role:
As one of our Holiday Club Sports Coaches, you’ll deliver exciting multi-activity sessions for children aged 4–11 years old across our holiday clubs in Crewe.
You’ll lead structured morning and afternoon activities, while also supporting free play sessions and creating a safe, inclusive environment where children can enjoy their holidays.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Deliver fun and engaging sports and activity sessions for children.
- Create memorable experiences through creative games, challenges and activities.
- Encourage children to develop confidence, teamwork and new skills.
- Support children’s wellbeing through positive relationships and active play.
- Work as part of a passionate team to deliver outstanding holiday club experiences.
- Bring your own ideas and creativity to sessions.
These hours are ideal for someone who works in a school during term time, or anyone looking for additional work during the holidays. Once onboard, there will be opportunities to work across future school holiday periods.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm and a passion for working with children through sport.
Essential
Minimum of Level 1 National Governing Body coaching qualifications
Valid DBS clearance
Current safeguarding certificate
Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
