Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic National Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth across our national markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the sales operations to achieve organisational objectives. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand the organisation’s national footprint.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders across various industries.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and generate detailed reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with organisational goals.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on best practices, product knowledge, and utilisation of sales tools.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary to optimise results.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience within a B2B sales environment, ideally at a national level.
- Demonstrable success in leading high-performing sales teams with a focus on achieving targets.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Pay: £60,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
