As we continue to grow, we're looking for our next Supervisor—someone who leads by example, is passionate about service delivery, and wants to develop into an operational leader.
This isn't an office-based management role. You'll be out on site, supporting our teams, maintaining exceptional standards, and ensuring every client receives the level of service we're known for.
What You'll Be Doing
Working alongside our Operations Director, you'll:
- Lead and support operational teams on site.
- Deliver daily briefings and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Maintain exceptional quality and service delivery standards across every site.
- Carry out quality inspections with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Coach and support operatives to continually improve.
- Ensure RAMS and safe systems of work are followed at all times.
- Build positive relationships with clients and site teams.
- Complete operational reports and site inspections.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and customer experience.
- Lead by example every day.
We're Looking For Someone Who...
We're not necessarily looking for someone who's already been a Supervisor.
We're looking for someone who's been an outstanding window cleaner and is ready to become one.
You'll be someone who:
- Has experience in specialist window cleaning.

- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.

- Holds a full UK driving licence.
