Who are we?
An independent bar operator based in the Northern Quarter of Manchester. We operate some of the longest standing venues in the area. A small but successful hospitality company, operating casual sites with a range of offers. We are people focused and are determined to make sure that people achieve that allusive work life balance. Some of the bars operate until very late (6 am Friday & Saturday) and so you must be willing to work these hours. We are looking for someone to front the business and be the face, we are not looking for people who want to be office based and just open up in the morning and lock the doors at the end of the day, you will be expected to be proactive.

- Control your KPIs.
- Support your team in their development through coaching and guidance.
- You will have experience in managing high volumes in a fast paced environment.
- Help develop the company culture and training standards.
- Overall management of 3 different concepts.
- Be hands on and available.
- Liaise with head office.
- Come up with new ideas and marketing initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £36,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
