As part of our conference and banqueting team, you will be the friendly face of our hotel giving our guests a seamless and memorable experience on every visit by helping them settle in, making them feel welcome and comfortable and helping them explore our menus.

Your duties and responsibilities:
Duties will include, taking food and drinks orders and preparing drinks orders including cocktail preparation.
You will:
- Assist the management team to create an excellent guest experience
- Have a flexible approach to working hours and able to work late nights
- Be smart, professional and well presented
- Be a champion of hygiene, cleanliness and brand standards
- Be 18 or over
- Be keen to learn and develop your skills
- Be positive and energetic, leading by example and setting team standards
- Be a true team player
