Job Summary

Duties
- Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival or contact, establishing a positive rapport.
- Handle customer enquiries related to aftersales services.
- Manage customer complaints from initial contact through to resolution.
- Investigate issues thoroughly and gather information from relevant departments.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers at all stages.
- Coordinate with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, and follow-up actions to maintain organised files.
- Ensure outcomes are fair, consistent, and in line with company policy.
- Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within the automotive industry or related sectors.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
