Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bar Manager/Assistant Manager to lead our vibrant bar team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the bar team to deliver outstanding service while maintaining a positive and energetic work environment
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability
- Train staff on proper serving techniques, cocktail preparation, food presentation, and hospitality best practices
- Ensure all food production and kitchen activities meet quality standards and safety regulations
- Assist in developing menus that highlight culinary creativity while catering to guest preferences
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols across the bar area and kitchen spaces
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in hospitality settings such as restaurants or bars with team management responsibilities
- Experience in serving guests in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and food production processes
- Barista experience is a plus for creating specialty beverages with precision
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork, training, and motivating staff
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams
