Chef Opportunity – The Commodore Inn, Grange-over-Sands
Inno Hospitality Collective is looking for a Full-Time Chef to join the team at The Commodore Inn, Grange-over-Sands.
This is an excellent opportunity to take on what is a second chef role, working closely with our Head Chef to deliver consistently high-quality food and help run a busy kitchen.
The Commodore Inn has a great reputation for food and is a busy, tourist-led pub, particularly during the summer months when we serve high volumes of covers. We're looking for someone who thrives under pressure, is well organised, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience in a busy pub or similar fresh food kitchen.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and confidently take responsibility when needed.
- Be able to work independently during quieter periods.
- Have a passion for producing and presenting quality food.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
- Stay calm and organised during busy services.
- Be a positive team player who always goes the extra mile for customers.
Live-in accommodation is available for the right candidate in the shared flat on site.

Pay: £13.50-£16.00 per hour
